Because of this lack of additional dialogue from imhotep in the later movie, the original film’s mummy is much creepier.In each film there is a heroine that the mummy Imhotep is trying to kidnap and use to rise the soul of Ankh-es-en-a,um from the underworld into a fresh new body. Since the name of the movie is “the Mummy” his character should have more script, however this is not the case.
